Three wines
Pinot Noir
Ivory label. From the highest rows. The lightest of the three, and the first picked.
Merlot
Taupe label. From the rows between. Fuller fruit than the Pinot Noir, and a dry finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Black label. From the warmer high rows. Picked last, with the firmest tannin.
Bottled separately. No blend, and no Malbec. Ask what the current vintage has.
